When we lead with love we have the opportunity to make a difference in the individual lives of our team members and improve their ability to work together.
A master heart group. Leaders with different backgrounds, connected in faith, with a desire to practice transformational leadership both personally and in our professional arenas.

We are becoming more: loving, joyful, peaceable, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle and self controlled (Gal. 5:22) for one another and those who are entrusted to our care (Spouse, children, company’s, co-workers, communities).

There is an Arab proverb reminding us that while it’s all very well to trust in providence and have faith that everything will work out, it does not let us off the hook from doing whatever we can at the same time to ensure a favourable outcome.
Why does personal health matter to leaders? Our mental, physical and emotional condition affects those we are leading and influencing. I call this the Airplane principal: In the case of sudden cabin de-pressurization, first put the oxygen mask on your face before helping another because your are useless if you are passed out (paraphrase)
